Alexandra is now in Portugal
Alexandra has arrived to Lagos in Southern Portugal.
Now in spain
We arrived in Spain, Almería, late this afternoon after five days of crossing from Sicily. We have had all kinds of weather, and had very hard wind in the nose this afternoon. We are now enjoying one of the tuna’s that we caught during the passing.
Finally Alexandra is on her way to Danmark
We have had, for the last 24 h, Algeria on our port side seeing city light during night and beautiful mountains with snow on there highest peaks. Now we have sun and warmer temperatures but still westerly winds against us.

Ready for departure
We are now ready for departure for Spain, after 1 and 1/2 week of preparation. There are a 4 day weather window with decent weather for the passage to Spain
Unfortunately we had to leave Alexandra on her own
Alexandra is safe with Boat Service Trapani , where there is a 24 hour watch on her. We will be back in the end of March to sail the first leg towards Denmark.

It is very nice to be able to sit outside eating dinner on the 20th of October at 9 o’clock.

The first guests on-board
We met the nice cruising couple Bill and Nancy from the USA after a few days on-board Alexandra on the hard in Trapani. They were our first guests for a GT in the cockpit.
Alexandra is now ours
The purchase agreement was signed on Sunday the 20 of October, and we are now the happy owners of Alexandra
